{"id":6328,"date":"2026-07-02T13:46:55","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T13:46:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crolatam.com\/?p=6328"},"modified":"2026-07-02T13:47:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T13:47:19","slug":"el-chef-de-la-seleccion-croata-el-menu-del-dia-del-partido-es-casi-militar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crolatam.com\/hrv\/el-chef-de-la-seleccion-croata-el-menu-del-dia-del-partido-es-casi-militar\/","title":{"rendered":"Kuhar hrvatske reprezentacije: &quot;Jelovnik na dan utakmice je gotovo vojni\u010dki.&quot;\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomica \u0110uki\u0107 ve\u0107 je 11 godina zadu\u017een za prehranu hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije, a iza svakog obroka &quot;Vatrenih&quot; stoji pedantno planiranje, stroga pravila i bliska suradnja s lije\u010dni\u010dkim timom, objasnio je u intervjuu za Croatians Online.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110uki\u0107, glavni kuhar mom\u010dadi, izjavio je da je nastavak biti dio reprezentacije velika \u010dast, iako se nakon vi\u0161e od desetlje\u0107a navikao na tu rutinu.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTo je velika \u010dast, ne bih znao kako bih to druga\u010dije opisao. Danas mi se \u010dini normalnim uvijek biti s njima, ali taj prvi trenutak bio je spektakularan\u201d, rekao je.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hrvatski reprezentativci dobivaju \u010detiri obroka dnevno, a svaki jelovnik priprema lije\u010dnik mom\u010dadi prema prehrambenim potrebama igra\u010da. \u0110uki\u0107 zatim koordinira njihovu pripremu i prilago\u0111ava je individualnim prehrambenim re\u017eimima kojih se mnogi igra\u010di ve\u0107 pridr\u017eavaju u svojim klubovima.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhar je naglasio da sportska prehrana nije ograni\u010dena samo na &quot;piletinu sa salatom&quot;, ve\u0107 se temelji na mediteranskoj kuhinji, jednostavnim okusima i kvalitetnim sastojcima, a istovremeno se poku\u0161ava izbje\u0107i monotonija.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, jelovnik uklju\u010duje sporo pe\u010denu govedinu, <em>prsa<\/em>, svje\u017ee pripremljene tortilje i jela inspirirana lokalnom kuhinjom, uvijek prilago\u0111ena zahtjevima vrhunskog sporta.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110uki\u0107 je tako\u0111er istaknuo da zajedni\u010dki obroci igraju temeljnu ulogu u izgradnji timskog duha.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSvi jedemo zajedno. Jako po\u0161tujemo taj obi\u010daj i duh jedinstva me\u0111u nama je vrlo jak\u201d, izjavio je.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pripreme po\u010dinju nekoliko dana prije dolaska tima. Jelovnici se unaprijed \u0161alju hotelima, a provjerava se kvaliteta i podrijetlo hrane, njezino skladi\u0161tenje i cijeli proces pripreme kako bi se sprije\u010dio bilo kakav rizik od kontaminacije.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUvijek tra\u017eimo najkra\u0107i put do bifea. Najgora su raskri\u017eja, kada ima previ\u0161e ljudi i puno kretanja\u201d, objasnio je.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na dan utakmice, prehrana slijedi vrlo strogi protokol, temeljen na ve\u0107oj konzumaciji ugljikohidrata i minimalnoj upotrebi za\u010dina.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTo je gotovo vojni\u010dki jelovnik\u201d, komentirao je \u0110uki\u0107, preciziraju\u0107i da obi\u010dno uklju\u010duje lagani temeljac, tjesteninu, bijelo meso, ri\u017eu, kus-kus, bulgur i kvinoju kako bi se osigurala potrebna energija tijekom utakmice.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon utakmica, me\u0111utim, pravila se ubla\u017eavaju s tzv. <em>dan varanja<\/em>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNakon utakmice je dan kada varamo. Tu su pizze, tempura, pr\u017eena hrana, ke\u010dap, majoneza, umak za ro\u0161tilj... i deserti. Jedemo sve\u201d, rekla je smiju\u0107i se, dodaju\u0107i da je i psiholo\u0161ki aspekt va\u017ean jer se \u201chormon sre\u0107e tako\u0111er ra\u010duna\u201d.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110uki\u0107 procjenjuje da je tijekom svog boravka u reprezentaciji radio u 85 do 90 hotela diljem svijeta te sura\u0111ivao s brojnim kuharima, \u0161to je profesionalno iskustvo koje smatra neprocjenjivim.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNema ni\u0161ta ljep\u0161e od prilike kuhati za reprezentaciju svoje zemlje.
