{"id":6381,"date":"2026-07-03T19:31:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T19:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crolatam.com\/?p=6381"},"modified":"2026-07-03T19:33:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T19:33:10","slug":"croacia-a-la-cabeza-de-la-ue-en-el-aumento-de-los-alquileres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crolatam.com\/hrv\/croacia-a-la-cabeza-de-la-ue-en-el-aumento-de-los-alquileres\/","title":{"rendered":"Hrvatska prednja\u010di u EU po rastu najamnina"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hrvatska je u prvom tromjese\u010dju zabilje\u017eila najve\u0107i porast najamnina stambenih prostora u cijeloj Europskoj uniji u usporedbi s prosjekom pro\u0161le godine, pokazuju podaci koje je objavio europski statisti\u010dki ured Eurostat.<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izme\u0111u sije\u010dnja i o\u017eujka cijene najma stambenog prostora u Hrvatskoj bile su 21,9% vi\u0161e od prosjeka 2025. godine, prema izra\u010dunima statisti\u010dara temeljenim na podacima Harmoniziranog indeksa potro\u0161a\u010dkih cijena (HICP).<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bugarska je bila daleko iza, gdje su najamnine porasle za 6,4%, a slijedila ju je Gr\u010dka, s porastom od 5% u odnosu na prosjek prethodne godine.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statisti\u010dari su izra\u010dunali evoluciju najamnina iz podataka o &quot;efektivnim pla\u0107anjima za najamnine stanova&quot;, jednoj od komponenti Harmoniziranog indeksa potro\u0161a\u010dkih cijena, koji se koristi za izra\u010dun inflacije u eurozoni i Europskoj uniji.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U cijeloj EU, najamnine su u prvom tromjese\u010dju bile 1,8% vi\u0161e od prosjeka 2025. godine.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slovenija je bila jedina zemlja koja je zabilje\u017eila pad od 0,9% %, dok su u Finskoj najamnine ostale na istoj razini kao i prosjek pro\u0161le godine, prema Eurostatu.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dvoznamenkasti rast<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema tim podacima, najamnine u Hrvatskoj rasle su iz mjeseca u mjesec od kolovoza 2025., dosegnuv\u0161i gotovo 40% iznad razine iz istog razdoblja prethodne godine.
